Vintage Mek Elec Wall Light (3 Arm)

A vintage articulated wall mounted engineers light with long arms.

In good original condition with characterful wear and tear, lightly beeswaxed metalwork.

Founded during 1931, MEK ELEK specialised in the manufacture of the Mekelite lathe light, primarily for use within the aircraft industry. Mekelite lights were available in a wide range of types and sizes for floor, bench, wall and ceiling applications - all versions being based around a similar family of components.

Each arm measures 45cm approx in length, the shade diameter is 14cm.

Please note this lamp is wired with a B22 (Bayonet) lampholder with a switch.

B22 switched Bulbholder.
Max 60w, LED bulbs recommended.
