Smithfields Wall Light MK I

These original Benjamin wall lights were salvaged from London's historic Smithfields meat market, whose preserved buildings were earmarked for the Museum of London. White vitreous enamel shades retain working wear and once carried the initials of the butchers' stalls they lit. Mounted on bespoke Trainspotters wall brackets, they bring a tangible piece of the 800-year-old market's history to a kitchen or dining nook.
