Start A Buy-Back
4 Simple Steps:
1. Get in touch
All you have to do is drop an email to buyback@trainspotters.co.uk with an image of your light(s) and any other information you think may be useful such as the lights' condition, any obvious marks, the quantity of lights you have, and we will respond within 3 working days
2. Await our offer
Should your lights be suitable for Buy-Back we will make you an offer of a fair purchase price
3. Ship the lights
Our Buy-Back value will be based on the condition that we receive the goods in after shipping. More information on shipping is provided below
4. Spend your credit
Use your credit to offset a future purchase or an immediate purchase of your choice. Future purchases should be within 12 months of credit issue date

4 Simple Steps:
Suitable packaging
You will need to ensure that your lights are appropriately packaged, well protected and sealed, properly addressed and adequately labelled with relevant warnings e.g. contains glass, fragile, right way up etc
Suitable courier
Your packaged lights should be sent by a reputable courier and adequately insured for an appropriate replacement value
3. Ship the lights
Our Buy-Back value will be based on the condition that we receive the goods in after shipping. More information on shipping is provided below
4. Spend your credit
Use your credit to offset a future purchase or an immediate purchase of your choice. Future purchases should be within 12 months of credit issue date
