Salt Bakehouse, Stroud

Built on hard graft, a love of good food, and a passion for community, Salt Bakehouse has grown from domestic kitchen bakes into a sell-out Stroud institution, now residing in one of the towns most interesting Victorian buildings. Following years of farmers' markets and mobile van sales, they’ve officially put down roots on Slad Road. The new bakery and coffee shop blends historic character with modern design, pairing exposed original brickwork and polished concrete floors with Trainspotters DDR strip lights over the counter.
